Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Services Implementation Specialist- Remote to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with suppliers affected by the compliance program
  • Execute RFQ’s, RFP’s and RFI’s with vendors of components affected by the compliance program
  • Coordinate sterilization activities between vendors and plant
  • Handle documentation between vendors and plant.
  • Support getting documents ready for review and signatures. Follow up on status and ensure timely completion. Check documentation received, send to supplier and direct questions to the correct teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Keep action tracker of the work status and supplier deliverables
  • Collaborate with the category managers and buyers and check in regularly
  • Keep track of supplier timelines regarding deliverables
  • Communicate team needs to the suppliers
  • Help team to meeting timelines and be able to push supplier to meet deadlines
  • Support project team with additional assignments as required
  • Support getting documents ready for review and signatures. Follow up on status and ensure timely completion.
  • Check documentation received and sent to supplier and direct questions to the correct teams.
  • Facilitate communication with manufacturing plants affected by the compliance program to ensure alignment between sites.
  • Manage the timing and supplier-deliverable(s) of new component validation/qualification activities.
  • Co-manage the delivery of new component inventory to manufacturing sites, as well as any necessary inventory depletion activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree or BS Engineering Preferred. Higher education a plus
  • 4+ years of related business experience and/or associated purchasing and project management training
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • High level of maturity and interpersonal skills are essential in successfully interacting with diversified internal & external customer base.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal/written communications, telephone courtesy, professionalism, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Strong listening and assessment skills.
  • Strong questioning and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized and be able to keep track of task to completion
