Ready Temps is a nurse and allied healthcare staffing agency. Therefore, we employ RNs, LPNs, GNAs, CNA, CMAs (including certified medicine aides), CMTs, pharmacist, etc. to work on behalf of our healthcare institutional and long term care clients. Not only is this industry heavily regulated, our clients require that we fully vet our healthcare professionals thoroughly before assigning a temporary Employee or PRN Contractor to their facility. In summary, if you selected for the position you will the following responsibilities:
1. To ensure every temporary employee or PRN contractor has been thoroughly vetted including verifying credentials (education, certifications, and licenses).
2. Regularly monitor the state and federal regulations imparting this organization
3. Manages and maintains the vetting and on boarding policies and procedures. When appropriate, develop policies, educating employees, and responding to violations. Other duties include: Assessing company operations to identify compliance risks. Updating policies and procedures based on changing regulations and laws.

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
