In response to our continued growth, LSI is seeking talented people to help us convey our unique value proposition to industry influencers in support of our outreach to executive level decision makers within the Fortune 1000 marketplace.

This opportunity is in our Bid4Assets business segment.

General Summary

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact between the public and Bid4Assets. We are interested in hiring an individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to give quick and accurate information in both English and Spanish. The CSR’s primarily provides customer service support by phone and email, but also provides administrative support to other departments.

This is a customer support position, NOT a sales position.


Support auction buyers and sellers by providing professional, accurate, fast, friendly, and helpful support to all customers via phone and email

Educate clients on best practices on using the Bid4Assets website

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Support other departments with administrative duties, such as setting up email alerts, and data entry.

This role also has an opportunity to conduct occasional live training on the Bid4Assets system in the Philadelphia area


Education/ Experience:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-3 years of customer service (call center environment preferred)
  • Relevant experience in real estate and/or online auctions is not required, but will be considered a plus


  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish is required
  • Positive demeanor and the ability to maintain composure when a customer is unhappy
  • A high level of computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, navigating the internet)
  • Time management and multitasking abilities


  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate proper judgment
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment
  • Must be coachable and possess the ability to grow within an ever-changing work environment
  • Must be a self-starter, responsible and highly dependable
  • Must be able to act as a customer advocate

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:

  • At this time Bid4Assets does not have a Philadelphia office, so candidate must have ability to telework with high-speed internet. There may be occasional engagement with live training in the Philadelphia area.


  • Monday through Thursday 10-7pm Friday 9-5pm, Ideal candidate would work 40 hours per week. Paid training.
